Refund policy

At Realm Spices, we take great pride in the quality of every product we send out. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tansukhandco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Unopened Products If you are unhappy with your purchase and the product is unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at tansukhandco@gmail.com to initiate the process.

Opened Products Due to the perishable nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
