Achar Masala (Spicy)

Realm's Achar Masala, is built around rai kuria, methi kuria, red chilli powder, and heera hing (the premium variety of asafoetida that gives this blend its characteristic punch).

Use it for mango pickle, lemon pickle, mixed vegetable pickle, or any homemade achar where you want heat alongside the tang.

Recipe tip: Cut raw mangoes into small pieces, mix generously with Realm Spicy Achar Masala, salt, turmeric and mustard oil. Pack into a clean glass jar and leave in sunlight for three days.
