Chicken Masala

Built for North Indian chicken curries. The kind with a deep tomato onion gravy that coats the chicken and fills the kitchen with that smell the moment it hits the pan.

Use it for everyday chicken curry, dhaba style gravy, butter chicken base.

Recipe tip: Heat oil, cook sliced onions till deep golden. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and Realm Chicken Masala. Cook till oil separates. Add chicken, coat well, add water to your preferred consistency. Cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Finish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon.
