Cinnamon Powder

We use Sri Lankan cinnamon sticks. Ceylon cinnamon is softer, naturally sweeter, and has a delicate warmth that sets it apart from the Cassia variety. Ground from whole rolls, not bark, which is sometimes used to extend quantity.

Use it in chai, kheer, curries, rice dishes and bakes.

Recipe tip: Add a pinch to warm milk with honey before bed. Simple and genuinely comforting.
