Dry Ginger Powder

Saunth is just not the same as fresh ginger. Dry ginger has a more concentrated heat and a woody depth that fresh ginger does not give you. 

Use it in chai, kadha, curries and marinades.

Recipe tip: Add a pinch to your chai along with Realm Cardamom Powder. This is the combination that actually helps when you have a cold.
