Kitchen King Masala

Recipe tip: Heat oil in a pan, add a finely chopped onion and cook till golden. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft. Add a heaped spoon of Realm Kitchen King Masala and salt, cook till oil separates. Add your vegetables of choice, mix well and cook covered till done. Finish with fresh coriander.

Dad's tip: Just add Realm Kitchen King Masala directly to your tadka with a little butter/ghee. Pour it over a simple boiled dal or sabzi.
