With kasuri methi as a key ingredient, Realm's Punjabi Garam Masala has that distinctive note that works beautifully in rich, butter forward gravies. Cook as a garam masala while cooking to release the full aroma.
Recipe tip: Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions and cook till deep golden. Add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes, cook till oil separates. Add paneer pieces and coat well. Add water to your preferred consistency and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Finish with half a teaspoon of Realm Punjabi Garam Masala. The kasuri methi in the masala is what gives it that dhaba character.
