Rasam Masala

Realm's Rasam Masala is black pepper and curry leaf forward, built for that characteristic punch that makes a good rasam taste like it was made by someone's mother.

Recipe tip: In a pot, combine tamarind water, chopped tomatoes, a spoon of Realm Rasam Masala and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked toor dal water for body. Temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves and a pinch of asafoetida in ghee and pour over. Serve hot.
