Tandoor Rub

That iconic deep red colour. That smoky, charred aroma. That flavour that makes you tear off another piece before the first one has even cooled down. Realm's Tandoori Rub works across chicken, mutton, fish, paneer and vegetables. Mix with yoghurt and marinate. A hot grill, an oven or a tawa will do the rest.

Recipe tip: Mix two tablespoons of Realm Tandoori Rub with thick yoghurt, a squeeze of lemon and a little oil. Score your meat, paneer, or veggies. Coat well and rest for at least two hours and grill it.
